Abduction of Sita by Ravana will be justified in Upcoming Movie Adipurush
Swara the Voice: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is excited about the film ‘Adipurush’. The film will be released on the occasion of Independence Day in 2022. Saif Ali Khan is playing the character of Ravana in this film based on Ramayana. Saif Ali Khan, who was seen in a cameo role in Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’, described the character of ‘Lankesh’ as quite interesting. Prabhas plays the lead character in ‘Adipurush’ directed by Om Raut.
Recently while talking to Mumbai Mirror, Saif Ali Khan said that Adipurusha will portray the human angle of Lankesh’s character. Also in this film, Ravana’s war with Ram will be vindicated. It will show that the war was justified after what Laxman did to Ravana’s sister Surpanakha. Saif said that it is interesting to play the character of Raksharaj, it has less constraints.
He said, “We will humanize Ravana. The amount of entertainment will be increased. At the same time, he will be justified in kidnapping Sita. After what Laxman did to Surpanakha, he did it with the intention of taking revenge. ” He reminded how Lakshmana had bitten Surpanakha’s nose. Saif Ali Khan has also previously worked in Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Tanhaji’ under the direction of Om Raut.
Kriti Sanon & Prabhas both are to be seen in lead role as Sita and Lord Rama in ‘Adipurush’. Saif Ali Khan also told that the action sequences between Prabhas and them will be shot on a much larger scale. The budget of this film will be more than 400 crores and top technical experts are being hired for this. Its shooting is going to start from January 2021.
